Social Media Specialist

  • Support with the development of the company’s social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Implement the social media strategy, ensuring that brand messages are consistent
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Measure and report on the performance and success of all social media campaigns and assess against goals (conversion rates, ROI, and KPI’s) and continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics and insights and then acting on the information
  • Create, publish and manage content on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc. to grow an audience, increase engagement, build brand awareness, and ensure visibility of the company’s social content
  • Create and manage the Maison Des Fleurs social media calendar, and ensure consistency with other PR and marketing activities
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media, trends, best practices, and technologies as well as any new platforms
  • Review new and emerging technologies and keep the company aware of developments in social media marketing
  • Continuously research market conditions and competitor data
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of social media objectives
