As the UAE’s leading flower shop, we accept payment using all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
As we deal with fresh flower products, returns of flower arrangements are unfortunately not possible.
Having said that, at Maison Des Fleurs we strive to deliver high-quality fresh flower arrangements and flower bouquets. If for any reason the flowers are damaged in transit or you have concerns with regards to the quality of the product, please contact us within 24 hours of the flower delivery. Upon review, if the damage is sustained at our end, we will either replace the flower product or provide a refund.
Please note that we cannot refund or replace any products if we are notified of the damage after more than 24 hours from receipt.
You can select your preferred delivery time from the slots available when placing your order from our flower shop and we will deliver the floral arrangement within the selected time slot. If for any reason we can’t make the delivery during the requested time slot, we will contact you as soon as your order is received.
We recommend that you create an account before placing an order, as it enables you to access all features of our online flower shop on the website and ensures a smooth checkout process.
