Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions upon which Maison Des Fleurs (“we/us”) make this website www.maisondesfleurs.com (the “Maison Des Fleurs Service”) available to you and any of our services which are accessible on or via the www.maisondesfleurs.com site (the “Maison Des Fleurs Service”). Prices
Stated product prices exclude Maison Des Fleurs flower delivery charges. Please note that from time to time, product and delivery prices on may vary from those offered in a Maison Des Fleurs boutique or via telephone or WhatsApp.
Orders / Payment

We accept online payments using all major credit and debit cards (Visa and MasterCard).

You will be provided with the steps to navigate the order and payment process and will be required to provide us with your details, delivery address, together with contact details for the recipient.

By clicking the ‘Pay Now’ button at the end of the order process, you agree to our terms and conditions. Once the order is received and accepted from our side, we will send an email confirmation to the email address you have provided.

Cancellation/Amendments

If you wish to change or cancel your online flower delivery order you can do so, however we would ask that you contact us within 4 hours. We usually start processing same day flower delivery orders within 2 – 4 hours; therefore, please contact us within this time period if you wish to change your order. As we are working with fresh flower products, once your floral arrangement has been created, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel or amend the order.

If you cancel your order within the time period mentioned, we are happy to provide you with a credit note valid for six (6) months; there will be no cash refunds.

Feedback and suggestions
If you are unsatisfied with any of our floral services or would like to raise a concern, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the matter. Due to the perishable nature of the products, we would kindly ask that you reach out to us within 12 hours of receiving the flower delivery in case of quality-related concerns.
Disclaimer

Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the www.maisondesfleurs.com site and/or the Maison Des Fleurs online flower shop is fully operational and free of errors, we cannot guarantee this. Therefore, we accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the www.maisondesfleurs.com site and/or the Maison Des Fleurs online flower delivery service. Social Media Complaints Policy

We welcome feedback about our floral products and flower delivery services. If you contact us about a complaint on Maison Des Fleurs social media sites, a member of our team will respond to you and aim to resolve your complaint in a timely manner in accordance with Maison Des Fleurs Customer Services Policy.

Maison Des Fleurs has a zero-tolerance approach to customers who use abusive or threatening language and will take action to protect our customer service team including removing offensive posts and reporting the user to the appropriate social media platforms and, if deemed necessary, the police.

If you require further information about specific products before submitting your online flower delivery order, please contact our team.

All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of a product, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equivalent value and quality, without prior notice.

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all) we will contact you as soon as possible to offer alternatives. If you are unhappy with the alternatives offered, you can cancel your order and receive a credit note for the amount paid.

Flower Delivery

If you request a flower delivery to a remote area, or an area that is not included in the locations where Maison Des Fleurs delivers, there will be an extra delivery charge. You will be notified of these charges once we receive your order.

Certain flower bouquets or floral arrangements may not be available for delivery to certain areas. In this case, you will be notified once we receive your order.

In order to avoid flower delivery delays, please ensure that the full address details are provided as well as the telephone number for the intended recipient. Please also provide your telephone number and e-mail address so that we can notify you of any issues we may encounter.

If you would like us to deliver to locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports and hotels, the signature of a person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the individual or organization will be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

In cases where we are unable to find someone to accept delivery, or make contact and rearrange delivery, or if the recipient fails to make contact in good time, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

We will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items.
